Can be used as rev-limiter, air shift activator or nitrous oxide trigger. As rev-limiter, it guards against over-revving by allowing 100% power until reaching the pre-set rpm level. Models without reset button interrupt ignition power for a fraction of a second. Models with reset button are for super-charged (blown) engines. Reset unit shuts off engine completely.
